“We take you where the others don’t.” – Far North Tours
With Gary as your guide, you can experience the thrill of driving along the famous 90 Mile Beach (like they did in an episode of Top Gear) and visit breathtaking Cape Reinga to see where two mighty oceans meet (Tasman Sea and Pacific Ocean), and head off the normal tourist routes to visit pristine beaches and historic sites. He can tell you stories of the Far North, its wildlife and early settlers.
Gary has 35 years of local experience living in the Far North enjoying surfing, fishing, raising a family and is ready to share our beautiful Far North and his wealth of knowledge with you. (He speaks French too!) Deidre is of Ngati Kuri decent – the northernmost iwi (tribe) of New Zealand.
